Terms and Conditions of the My Referrals Summer Offer
1. This offer is specific to a one-off payment and does not affect the current monthly referral values. These will be paid in addition to this offer.
2. The one-off payment will be made 90 days from the successful migration or activation of the service and only if the account is still active.
3. The referred customer must remain on a broadband account during the 90 day period and cannot downgrade to a free or subscription dial-up account.
4. If during the 90 days the referred customer changes their package to one that offers a different one-off payment, we make whichever payment is lowest.
5. Payments will be processed and paid out as a one-off credit as opposed to a refund against invoices. It is advisable that referrers have Direct Debit details set up on their account as this will speed payment of referral values.
6. Payments will be made, where possible, to the bank account if there is an active Direct Debit. All other payments will be made by cheque (we cannot refund to credit cards for this offer.)
7. Please note that bank payments may take up to 14 days to appear on the statement.
8. All referral one-off payment values are displayed as inc. VAT.
9.The offer will run from 27th June 2007 until 30th September 2007. Any sign-ups on the 30th of September 2007 will be eligible for this scheme.
10. A service notice will be appended to the referrers account for every eligible one-off payment.
