Terms and Conditions for the 90 Day Money Back Guarantee
PlusNet are offering new sign ups the opportunity to experience PlusNet risk free for 90 days. Should a customer who has signed up within the period of the offer elect to cancel their service within 90 days, all base subscription fees will be refunded.
1. The offer is only available on migrations to residential broadband accounts, registered on or after 27th June 2007 and begins when the broadband service becomes active. Customers signing up for our Essential product are not eligible for this offer.
2. The offer is only available by opting in at sign up.
3. The cancellation request must be in writing (Ticket, letter, or fax).
4. The customer must make a request to leave on or before the completion of the 90 day period in order to qualify under the terms of the offer. If service is provided after this time, normal subscription billing will occur.
5. The term "Leave" is defined by a ceased asset in BT's e.Co order reporting system. A ceased asset occurs if a customer's service is migrated to another ISP, or is cancelled. If free hardware is chosen at signup, the full cost of this hardware will be charged if the customer leaves within 12 months.
6. This offer only applies where the customer remains on a broadband product and requests to "Leave" within the qualifying period. It does not apply to free or subscription dial-up services.
7. The offer will no longer be valid if there is a house move, failed billing or there is a PSTN cease (cessation of the phone line service) within the qualifying period. Refunds only apply to subscription payments. Additional usage, VoIP minutes or other value add services will not be included.
8. Refunds will be made, where possible, to the bank account if there is an active Direct Debit. All other payments will be made by cheque (we cannot refund to credit cards for this offer).
9. Any relevant referral bounties will be paid after completion of the 90 days service as per our current referrals promotion.
