The legal bit

You'll need a Plusnet or other BT based landline to get our fibre broadband. Our landline phone service line rental costs £12.99 a month or £9.49 monthly equivalent if you pay 12 months in advance, including evening and weekend calls. Find out more about our packages.

† Fibre broadband speed is described as up to 38Mb because your actual download speeds will vary. We'll give you the best download speed available on your line up to 38Mb, dependant on your location, phone line, home wiring and time of day. We'll provide you with a speed estimate when you check availability of our products. Find out why speeds vary.

Fibre installation: An engineer visit is required to install Plusnet Fibre. This costs £50 for new customers and £25 for existing customers. However, if you add one of our phone packages to your order or already have our phone service and you stay with Plusnet for 12 months, you'll get free installation.

Fibre broadband 18-month contract: The Plusnet Fibre service is subject to a minimum period of 18 months. If you leave within 12 months, you may be liable to pay charges relating to the set-up of your service and for hardware we have provided.
