1. Broadband PAYG Basic is a connectivity only product. It does not include email and web or domain services.

2. The included usage is 450MB per month.

3. You can use more than 450MB per month. Additional usage will be charged at 0.224p per MB and will be billed monthly.

4. There is no limit to your usage, but you can set your own maximum usage limits online using our Data Transfer Watch tool.

5. Your initial set up and hardware payments are made by credit/debit card or Direct Debit with monthly subscription charges made by Direct Debit only. There is no option to pay monthly subscriptions by credit/debit card.

6. Set up costs:

• a. There is an upfront migration charge of £14.99.
• b. Our ‘you stay we pay offer’ is not applicable.
• c. Existing PlusNet customers downgrading to the product must settle all outstanding contracts first, including paying off any balance due under our ‘you stay we pay’ option.
• d. When you take a 12 month contract, there will be an upfront activation fee of £47.
• e. When you take out a monthly contract there is an upfront activation fee of £58.75.
• f. Alternatively, when you take out a monthly contract there is an option to pay an additional £4.99 per month, in 12 monthly instalments, for your set up.
• g. If you choose to pay your set up cost in 12 monthly instalments you can also buy a USB modem from PlusNet and pay for that the same way. You pay an additional £2.00 per month for the first 12 months.

7. If you decide to cancel your service inside your first 12 months and have chosen to spread the cost of your set up or modem you will have to pay any remaining payments.

8. Telephone customer service and technical support is available via our premium support line, charged at 50p per minute or free online via the Help Assistant and extensive support pages.

9. No email addresses (POP3), web based email access, email spam and virus protection, webspace, data transfer to webspace, Webstats, Domain hosting or Fax-2-email are included. These must be purchased separately.

10. Your IP address will be a dynamic IP only and there is no option to activate static IPs.

11. Broadband PAYG Basic has zero referral value under the PlusNet My Referrals scheme.

12. These terms are in addition to all of our standard Terms and Conditions for Internet Services and/or the sale of Equipment which still apply.

13. This offer does not affect your statutory rights.
