What is My Referrals?
Our 'My Referrals' scheme gives you a monthly discount for every person that joins us from your recommendation. It's as simple as that.
We don't spend thousands of pounds on TV advertising. We prefer to reward our customers for promoting us to their friends and family. The reason is simple - you can't beat word of mouth recommendation.

How much money will I save?
The discount that you get each month depends on the product that the person you recommend signs up for.
For Plusnet Value Broadband you'll get 25p off your bill every month that they are with us. If they take Plusnet Premium Broadband or Plusnet Pro Broadband you'll get 50p off each month.
You'll also get extra discounts if they take our one of our Home Phone packages.

There's no limit to the discount that we'll give you - the more people that join because of your recommendation the more money you'll save. We'll even start paying you if you recommend enough people.
How do I refer?
Most people recommend their friends and family by speaking to them. All they need to do is add your username when they sign up and you'll see your monthly bill go down. More info

Alternatively you can download our PDF leaflet, which you can pass onto friends and family, use as a poster in your place of work or email to your contacts. There's even a space to add your username so that people don't forget to mention you when they sign up.
