Download the latest drivers for your modem
If you're experiencing problems connecting with your USB modem you may be advised to upgrade to the latest available driver.After downloading the appropriate .zip file you should extract the enclosed files to a directory you have specified on your hard disk. You should also re-check the installation instructions as the order in which software and hardware are added to your computer can be very important for installing USB equipment.

Installing Modem drivers (Nov 2002 onwards)
In order to upgrade your modem drivers you should browse to the directory where you extracted the .zip file to and look for the file called setup.exe. Double click this icon to begin the setup process and then please refer to the setup guide for detailed instructions of the steps to follow.

Download Acrobat Reader to view the PDF documents PDF (Portable Document Format) is a convenient file format for storing documents for printing and reading.
