Using the following settings you should be able to connect to PlusNet using just about any operating system.

Dialup numbers
Dialup connection numbers for all account types can be found on the 'Connecting To' support page

Connection Type
Server Scripting Type: PPP
Primary DNS: Server Assigned
IP Address: Server Assigned
Primary DNS (for PDA devices): 212.159.13.49
