LOG YOUR QUERY WITH US

Use the Help Assistant to log your query with our support team (we’ll also refer to this as ‘Ask a Question’ or ‘Raise a Ticket’). Here's how.

First choose the best category for your question or problem:

Each category has a sub-section - choose the most relevant one. This should lead you to an ‘Ask a Question’ text entry page. Where we think it will help you we'll direct you to a self-service page. If you get stuck, you can go back, or scroll to the right of the screen for the ‘Ask a Question’ link.

Type your Question into the box provided. As you type we'll suggest relevant information that you can refer to. Use the button to ‘Send your question to the support team’. We’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible and we aim to answer your question within 4 hours.
