We're an online company and we believe in self-service. That's why we've given you the online tools to do everything you need on our website. That way you don't have to wait in a call queue while we do things for you - you can do them yourself, quickly on the website.

But we know there will be times when you have a question or want to speak to us. If you do, you should follow the steps below.

ONLINE

Most questions can be answered online without the need to get in touch with us. Use the Help Assistant (the replacement for Contact Us) and you'll be guided to help pages with answers to many common questions. If that doesn't help, you'll be able to send a Question to our Support Team and they'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Our targetted response time for online queries is 4 hours, you can see details on our realtime statistics page.

We also recommend checking Service Status to see if there are any service-wide issues that may be affecting you.

BY PHONE

We'd prefer you to use the Help Assistant rather than call us, and it will be cheaper and easier for you. However, there are times when you may have to call us, for example, if you have no connection. Check below to see which support number you should ring. Geographic rate and lo-call rate numbers are available for all types of calls.

If you have a problem that means you can't connect to any of our services and you have not found the answer from the Help Assistant, our support team are at the end of the phone to help.

BY EMAIL

We don't have an email address that you can use to contact the Support Team. We don't believe that email is secure or accountable enough to use as a help and support tool. Instead, we have an online tool called the Help Assistant. Find more details about the Help Assistant in the 'ONLINE' section above.

BY POST
