Summary: How to cancel your Plusnet account.

We're sorry that you're thinking of leaving Plusnet. If there's anything we can do to change your mind we'd be happy to discuss any issues you have and see what we can do for you.

If your product no longer meets your needs it may be worth taking a look at our new products. If you find a more suitable product it's free to change and a lot easier than moving providers.

Whether you're after a MAC, or want to cancel outright you'll need to speak to our Customer Options team. They're available on 0800 432 0200 or 0345 140 0200 between 9.00am and 5:30pm.

If you're in a contract, or took any special offers on signup there may be a fee for cancelling your service. You can see any fees on your Account summary page.
