Netscape Navigator mail
How to set up Netscape Navigator mail for use with your PlusNet account.
1 Select the 'Mail and News Preferences' option from the 'Options' menu, then select the 'Servers' tab.
2 Enter the following details:
(1) Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server, enter as relay.plus.net
(2) Incoming Mail (POP3) Server, enter as mail.plus.net
(3) POP3 User Name is your username
(4) If you wish to use usenet you can enter the server name news.plus.net, otherwise leave it blank.
3 Click on Identity. Your Name is the name that you wish to appear on the mail that you send out.
Your email address (enter this in the field marked below) is in the format alias@username.plus.com, where 'alias' can be any word that you like, such as your first name. If you have registered and hosted a domain on your PlusNet account, you may specify your email address in the format alias@yourdomain.co.uk
