How am I alerted to a new voicemail message?When a new message is received an email will be sent to your contact address. Using the Account Overview section of the Broadband Phone Control Panel you can choose to have a copy of the voicemail attached to the notification email. You can also choose to be notified via text message (also in Account Overview). This costs 7p per message and requires credit to be present on your account.
