Thunderbird - Changing Password

The following guide advises how to change a mail password in Mozilla Thunderbird.

  1. Start Thunderbird.
  2. Click the Tools menu and then select the Options option.
  3. Click the Privacy tab and the Password section.
  4. Click the Edit Saved Passwords button.
  5. Select your mail account and click the Remove button.
  6. Close Close to return to the Options window.
  7. Click OK to return to the main Thunderbird screen.

You have now completed the change of password.
