After changing your main account password (see Related Articles), you will need to update passwords stored in your hardware or software. This guide shows how to change passwords for common broadband hardware as well as email and FTP for those who use our webspace. Note: For added security PlusNet use several methods of encryption on all customer passwords. This uses complex algorithims to scramble and de-scramble your passwords, making these extremely hard to be read by data thieves or hackers. Broadband HardwarePlease select from the table of router and modem manufacturers below. If you are not sure of the make, look on the router/modem for information or refer to the manual supplied with your hardware.
