FTP Access to CGI platform (73224) - RESOLVED

This is an update to our previous post advising that customers were seeing an empty directory listing when connecting via FTP to our CGI platform.

Our engineers have now resolved this fault and FTP access is working as normal.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

We've become aware of an issue whereby customers logging in to our CGI platform via FTP are unable to obtain a directory listing.

This issue is currently under investigation and we'll provide a further update as soon as any more information is available.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
