This is an update to the overnight posts regarding customers being unable to connect to the Internet.
We've continued to monitor the situation overnight and can see that customers have continued to reconnect following the resolution of this problem.
If you're continuing to experience problems connecting to the Internet please log in to your router interface and press 'connect'.

We're currently aware of a problem resulting in customers being unable to connect to the internet.
This is impacting customers who are attempting to establish new connections and those who have recently disconnected and are now unable to reconnect.
If you're currently connected you should be able to continue using your broadband connection as normal.
We're investigating the cause and will provide another update later this evening.
