Webmail slowdowns (79258) - RESOLVED

This is an update to the recent posts regarding slowdowns and loading delays when accessing our webmail platform.

Our network engineers have now resolved this issue with the implementation of a new storage platform.

Webmail slowdowns (79258) - UPDATE

This is an update recent posts regarding slowdowns and loading delays when accessing our webmail platform.

This issue is being caused by the storage platform used by our webmail. Our network engineers are working to replace this and have completed some initial configuration work, unfortunately following this we've identified a problem we'll need to resolve before replacing the storage platform. This may mean that our previous estimate for the resolution is no longer accurate and could push the installation in to April.

In the meantime we're very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue and would recommend that our customers access their email via a mail client such as Windows Live Mail where possible.

This is an update to last months service status regarding slowdowns and loading delays when accessing our webmail platform.

This issue is being caused by the storage platform used by our webmail. Our network engineers are working to replace this, we expect to have the new platform in place by the end of March this year.

In the meantime we're very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue and would recommend that our customers access their email via a mail client such as Windows Live Mail where possible.

Fax-2-Email Problems (79272) - RESOLVED

This is an update to this morning's post about the problem affecting our Fax-2-Email service -

Our suppliers have informed us that the problem is now resolved and our testing has confirmed this to be the case.

Fax-2-Email Problems (79272) - NEW

We are currently experiencing problems affecting our Fax-2-Email service -
http://www.plus.net/support/email/fax-2-email.shtml

When dialling some customers' Fax-2-Email numbers callers may be greeted with a dead tone or 'number not recognised' recorded message.

Our engineers are investigating and further details will be provided as they become available.
