This is an update to this afternoon's post about the problems customers may have been having collecting email or accessing our Webmail platform.
Our engineers have identified the cause of the problem and normal service has been restored.

This is an update to this morning's post about the problems Force 9 customers may have been experiencing, resulting in intermittent time-out errors when trying to collect email.
Our engineers have identified the cause of the problem and normal service has since been resumed.

This is an update to this morning's post about the problems you may have been experiencing over the last 24 hours collecting email or trying to access our Webmail platform.
Load on the servers has returned to normal and customers should now be able to access their email as usual.
