Email/Webmail running slowly (91363) - RESOLVED

This is an update to the previous post regarding webmail running slow.

There is no longer any service impact however our engineers will continue to reduce the load on the mail server to ensure no further impact will be seen.

Our engineers have performed some maintenance and webmail now appears to be stable and functioning as normal.

We will continue to monitor this for further problems and provide an update once we are happy to say the issue is resolved.

We are aware that webmail is currently running slow, along with IMAP and POP connections.

Customers should be able to access email but it may be extremely slow and there is a possibility of time-outs.

Our engineers are investigating and we'll provide updates as they become available.

This is an update to the previous post regarding delays when sending email, in particular using a standalone email application.

We're pleased to confirm this issue has now been resolved and e-mails are being sent without delay.
