Webmail Problems (58706) - RESOLVED
This is an update to the post we made earlier about problems affecting our Webmail service.
Our engineers have now resolved the problem and customers should now be able to log in as normal. The problem was caused because the Webmail servers had cached some old DNS records following a change we made earlier in the day.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Bob Pullen
