We have been working hard to fix this issue last night and today, and most of the issues, which affected a small number of customers, has now be resolved. We are continuing to work hard to make the webmail service quicker and will update further soon. Thank you for your patience.

We're currently aware of an issue affecting a small number of customers where they are experiencing issues accessing or viewing emails via our Webmail service at webmail.plus.net

Our engineers are investigating and we'll provide an update as we can.

This is a further update regarding the performance of our mail service.

We are continuing to work on the previously mentioned improvements to the service and these will continue over the coming weeks.

This is a further update regarding the performance of our mail service.

Over the coming weeks we will be working on some further upgrades to our Webmail platform as a part of our larger plan to enhance the performance of this service.

Email/Webmail connection issues (96159) - UPDATE

This is an update to the previous updates regarding the performance of our mail service.

We will be rescheduling the further changes from the 09/03/2017 now to the 14/03/2017 between 6am and 8am where we will be upgrading our webmail software to a newer version.

During this time some customers may not be able to access their webmail service for a short period of time.

We are aware that there are still further improvements to make and we'd like to assure you that we are continuing to work on these.
