This is an update to the post regarding recent calls appearing later than usual in your phone control panel.

We're now caught up on these calls, so you should see calls appearing as normal from later this evening.

Call processing delays (NEW) - 77260

Due to an issue with collection of call records, we're experiencing delays in processing call records.

This means that you may not see recent calls appearing in your phone control panel on our website. These calls should appear over the next few days as we catch up on processing the data.

Any calls that aren't processed until after your billing date will be charged on the following month's bill.
