Broadband Phone/VoIP problems (72494) - RESOLVED

This is an update to this afternoon's post about the problems affecting inbound and outbound calls on our Broadband Phone service.

Our suppliers have confirmed the problem is now resolved and normal service has been resumed.

We have received notification from our VoIP suppliers that they are currently experiencing problems affecting their network.

As a result of these issues customers may notice they are intermittently unable to make outbound calls. There is a possibility that inbound calls may also be affected however our suppliers believe this part of the problem to be resolved.

Please note that the problem does *not* affect the use of fixed landline services.

We're awaiting further information from our supplier and will post another update later today.

Broadband Phone/VoIP audio quality problems (71569) - RESOLVED

This is an update to this afternoon's post about the problem affecting the quality of calls across our VoIP supplier's network.

We've received notification that the problem is now resolved so customers of our Broadband Phone service should find that normal service has been resumed.
