This is an update to our previous post about the problems we were having with the security certificate on the Broadband Phone Control Panel.

The security certificate has now been renewed, and all access issues should now be resolved.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused, and have improved our monitoring to ensure that this problem does not reoccur.

This is an update to yesterday's post about the problems we were having with access to our Broadband Phone (VoIP) control panel.

We have received confirmation from our suppliers that the original problem has now been resolved. Unfortunately a second problem has arisen with the security certificate the website uses.

Our Network engineers are investigating this latest problem and further details will be provided as they become available.

We are aware of a problem affecting our Broadband Phone (VoIP) control panel.

Customers trying to browse to the control panel may receive an error message.

Our suppliers are aware and are investigating this issue.

This is an update to the earlier reported problem where customers were not able to correctly access their Broadband Phone control panel.

This problem has now been resolved and you should be able to access your control panel as normal.

We are aware of a problem affecting our Broadband Phone (VoIP) control panel. When logged in to this system customers are seeing code appearing across the screen rather than the usual control panel.

This issue has been raised with our suppliers and we are awaiting further feedback.
