All you need to do is reply to the email alert we sent within seven days of getting it.
When we get your reply, we'll send the quarantined email along to your inbox. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, copy and paste our original alert into a completely new email and send it to unquarantine@quarantine.plus.com

No, if you've got Plusnet anti-virus switched on, we'll always send you an alert whenever we quarantine an email. You can switch off Plusnet anti-virus but we recommend you keep it on for your safety.
