Accessibility

We're committed to making our website accessible to all our customers. We do this by following certain government guidelines, so you can get the most out of it, especially if you've got special access requirements like:

  • Partial sight
  • Deafness
  • Motor impairment

Site help

Our Help and Support site has been re-designed so it’s easy to use on mobiles and tablets, as well as laptops and computers. Did you know that you can increase the text size of any web page, or even get your computer to read pages aloud to you? How you do this depends on what web browser you're using.

You can find out more information on some of the built-in technologies available with your computer in this RNIB article.

The standards we aim to meet

In creating a nice-looking and easy-to-use website, we also work hard to make sure everyone can use it as easily as possible. We aim to work to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0.

We're always working to improve our website, but we welcome your comments and suggestions.

What we can't do

We're not able to provide audio descriptions of our video help content. This means we can't meet WCAG compliance part 1.3. However, you'll find our Help and Support site covers the same information in an accessible format.
