You'll get your bill on the same date every month. If you need a reminder just login to your Plusnet Mobile account where it'll be shown on the home screen.

We'll take your payment by Direct Debit. You can choose to pay all or part of it as a one-off payment by credit or debit card at any time before that date. But bear in mind that if you do that too close to your Direct Debit date, we'll still take that payment too.

You can check everything you're paying as part of your mobile phone service by logging in to your Plusnet Mobile account. And you can print your bill from there if you need to.

If you'd like a paper copy of your bill or a VAT invoice, just get in touch.

To see a list of your previous bills, including when they were produced, login to your Plusnet Mobile account and choose the Bills option.

Your bill's made up of five different sections, which include what you've still got to pay, as well as credit you've got for anything you've already paid:

    • Your monthly line rental
    • Any charges you haven't paid since your last bill
    • Any calls you've made outside your plan, like 0845, 0844 and 09 numbers
    • Any texts you've sent or data you've used outside your plan
    • Any credit you've got on your account
    • VAT added to the total amount and charged at 20%

Here’s what each section of your bill means:

    Summary of your bill

How much your last bill was, any payments received towards it, and the amount due on the current bill.

    Monthly Plan Price

This will show your monthly plan charges. If you have more than one number on your account this will be added to the Monthly Price Plan (minus VAT).

    Total Additional Charges

Any new charges for buying products like bolt-ons (minus VAT).

    Total Out of Plan Charges

Any charges (like call, SMS, data charges) outside of your price plan allowances. (minus VAT).

    Total Additional Credits

Any credits given by Plusnet Mobile (minus VAT).

    Including VAT @20%

This is the total VAT amount added to all the other charges listed above.

    Amount Due

The total that will be taken by Direct Debit, and the date this will be taken.

    Summary of Charges & Credits

This details the dates you’re being billed for.

Billing period for additional and out of plan charges

These are always made up of additional or out of bundle usage from the last 30 days before your bill date.

Billing period for your monthly plan

This is always billed for the 30 days ahead of the bill date.

    Your Monthly Plan Price

If you have a discount on your monthly plan it will show here, as well as in the additional charges section (don’t worry, it will not be added twice).

    Usage Summary

A breakdown of how your allowance has been used and any charges outside of this.

    Itemised Usage – Calls

An itemised list of your calls and how long they were. If any were made outside of your allowance the cost will also be shown.

    Itemised Usage – Text

How many texts were sent to each number per day. If any were sent outside of your allowance the cost will also be shown.

    Itemised Usage – Data

For details on how to pay take a look at our guide to paying your mobile bill.

Don't worry, there's no charge for read receipts.

Some phone calls, like TV voting lines or numbers starting with 0844, are charged differently. For these types of calls, we charge 19p a minute to connect you. Then, the company you're calling charges an extra amount on top of that, which we don't control.

If you've made a premium rate call and think you've been charged too much, you might need to contact the company directly. But if you've got any questions or you're not sure, go to phonepayplus.org.uk or ;get in touch with us and we'll let you know what you can do.

If you think you won't be able to pay your bill or the amount you've got to pay is wrong, please get in touch. Call 500 from your Plusnet Mobile or 0800 079 1133 (press option 1, then option 2).
